Haha, I always bribe my kids with candy to get them to sit still and smile during pictures. It's gotten to where they'll ask me to take a picture of them just so they can have a piece of candy corn.
Well if it makes you feel better my son had a black eye and when we were walking to the studio he fell in a mud puddle...he was a hot ghetto mess and we looked like we beat the crap out of him. It was priceless. What this story has to do with your photo is pretty irrelevant, but thought I'd point out that I do not beat up my kid. PS. This is a great shot!
