In honor of Thanksgiving, my kids are keeping Gratitude Journals as part of their homeschooling. They have to write a minimum of five sentences every day about something they are thankful for. Allow me to share Ethan's entry from two days ago:
"I am grateful for animals. They can help make food. Meat and steak. And bacon. And pork."
Ahem.
I am SO on board with steak and bacon. God bless animals; they taste so good.
ReplyDeleteHaha!! That's priceless! I love reading what the kiddos come up with :)
ReplyDeleteHe listed bacon. You are raising your boys right.
ReplyDeleteBacon makes everthing better. Can't wait to see what else makes the list!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture, by the way! Darling!
I'm pretty thankful for bacon too.
ReplyDeleteLove that entry - meat is good. Ethan is one smart kid!
ReplyDeleteI see the affection for animals runs in the family.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, if that was the first entry, he set the bar pretty high for the rest of the month. It just doesn't get much better than bacon!
ReplyDeleteLOL! I'm pretty sure that's what my husband would write in his journal if he were so eloquent to do so.
