This week has been full of firsts for me, and today it's my first time playing along with Mama M. and her Five Question Friday. Without further ado...
1. Do you have an iPhone and, if so, how do you get apps and what are your favorites?
1. Do you have an iPhone and, if so, how do you get apps and what are your favorites?
Uh, no. I am a low-tech kinda gal. I have a cell phone which I use to make calls and check the time. I occasionally take a picture with it. I'm going to stop now before I go off on another rant about how people need to spend more time with real people in real life than with their gadgets.
2. What is your fondest memory of K-3rd grade?
In first grade I asked my teacher if I could go to the bathroom. She told me no because school was almost over. I was taught to respect my elders, so I dared not argue with her. I pooped my pants. Everyone could smell it as we lined up at the door to go home, but I don't think anyone knew it was me.
Ok, not a fond memory, but it's the one that stands out the most.

3. What makes you cringe at the thought of touching?
Mice. I hate mice! I get the willies just thinking about them.
4. If you could have any celebrity show up on your doorstep who would it be and why?
I would love to have Oprah knock on my door so that I could open it, stare at her blankly for a minute, and then close the door and go back to my book that she did not recommend. Not that that would bring her down off her high horse, but I would sure enjoy it.
5. What would you say is your best physical feature?
That is really hard, I mean - there are so many good ones to chose from. Like, my nose. It's really cool because it can double as a weapon. Take someone's eye out, it could. My teeth are excellent, too, because they are all still there, in spite of my poor flossing habits. But I'd have to say that my eyebrows are the best. I can use them to convey messages to my kids without ever having to open my mouth. Love them!
Be sure to head over to Mama M.'s blog to play along!

Hi! Stopping by from Mom Loop. I love your number 4 because Oprah drives me crazy!! The only time I've read her recommended books is by accident and then I get mad when I found out they were on the list and I read them.
ReplyDeleteI believe I could use my nose as a weapon too!
Have a great weekend.
Hey, Stopping by from Mom Loop. I love # 2 because it reminds me of when I threw up on myself and another kid when waiting on line to go home from Kindergarten. Not my fondest either but I will never forget it!
